Bikes play an important role in transportation for countless Americans nationwide. PeopleForBikes works to support and advocate for legislation and policies that promote and incentivize alternative transportation, namely bike commuting. The new benefit would offer commuters up to $54/month (adjustable for inflation) in pre-tax benefits for biking, including electric bicycle costs and using bikeshare.
