Here are the prize drawing rules for the 2023 New Pandemic Rider Survey Sweepstakes. The campaign seeks to gather survey responses to the bicycle industry grow bicycling in the US.

OPEN TO U.S. RESIDENTS, EXCEPT FOR RESIDENTS OF PUERTO RICO. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Entry. NO DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. You may enter in two ways: (1) completing the 2023 New Pandemic Rider Survey (2) by printing your name, address and phone number on a 3” x 5” postcard and mailing it to PeopleForBikes New Pandemic RiderSweepstakes, c/o PeopleForBikes, PO Box 2359, Boulder, CO, 80306.

PeopleForBikes is “the Sponsor” of this contest.

The ROLL BICYCLE sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2023 and ends on February 28, 2023 (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (MST) on the last day of the Entry Period.

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, stolen, misdirected, non-deliverable or illegible due to any reason whatsoever. Unlawful, unintelligible, illegible, or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Eligibility Requirements. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. This sweepstakes is open only to persons age 18 and older who are legal U.S. residents, except for those located in Puerto Rico. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents or other representatives of any kind and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Sponsor reserves the right to require the winner to complete an affidavit to confirm eligibility under these rules.

Prize; Odds of Winning.

• One (1) prize will be awarded to one winner drawn at random will receive the ability to design their very own custom bicycle at rollbicycles.com. The grand prize winner will choose one of the following bicycles S:1 Sport, C:1 City, or A:1 Adventure bikes from rollbicycles.com. Roll Bicycles will cover the cost of the standard bike up to $979 as well as the shipping to the winner. The winner will be responsible for any upgrades or accessories.
• Five (5) additional prizes will be awared to 5 winners drawn at random. These winners will receive a bundle of PeopleForBikes branded items, including hat, socks, stickers, and other promotional items, valued at about $25.

Selection and Notification of Winners. The winners will be selected by a random drawing, conducted by the Sponsor on or about February 15, 2023. The winner will be notified in person, by mail, email and/or by telephone, and such notification will direct the winner on how to redeem the prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted within five (5) days or prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner is disqualified. If it is necessary to select an alternate winner, the same procedures discussed above will be used for such selection. The prize is guaranteed to be awarded. THE PRIZE INCLUDES ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES. FEDERAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. The Sponsor is not responsible for any selection notifications or other communications that are late, lost, stolen, misdirected, non-deliverable or illegible due to any reason whatsoever.

List of Winners. The winner's name can be obtained by emailing info@peopleforbikes.org with the subject line “Winner New Pandemic Rider Survey”.

Use of Personal Information. Sponsor, its subsidiaries, and business partners may use the personal information (name, address, email) provided by you on the entry form to contact you to promote their products and services. General Terms. Your entry in this sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Facebook is not affiliated with this sweepstakes. Entrants agree that the Sponsor of this sweepstakes and Facebook, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents or other representatives of any kind shall not be responsible or liable for damages or losses of any kind arising out of or resulting from entry in this sweepstakes, acceptance or use of a prize, or any other matter related to this sweepstakes, including, without limitation, claims based on property damage, personal injury and/or death, publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. All decisions related to, as well as all interpretation of, these Official Sweepstakes Rules by Sponsor will be final.
