Why not ride?

I've always said that I had my first bike stolen at age 4.  I have ridden all of my life.  Work bike, road bikes, mountain bikes, recreational bikes, all kinds of bikes.

I've carried newspapers on my bike, ridden my bike more than 8 miles each way to school and ridden simply for fun.

As a 64 year old cyclist I have ridden to lose weight and get more fit.  After dropping 40 pounds while riding my bike, I feel healthier, stronger, and better than I have in years.

It is fun!  It is good exercise!  It is healthy!  It is good for the environment!  It is good recreation!  It is a good way to meet new people and a great way to spend time with friends!

Why not ride?
