Why I bike
Kevin Ludlow - Boynton Beach, FL
I used to be a big smoker. A pack and a half a day. I knew it was bad for me and always made an exception as to how it wouldn't affect my health. One thing I do know about is money. So I totaled up how much I spend on smoking in a year and decided to quit cold turkey and to spend that money up front to buy a bike. I got a trek 820. Every time I got a craving I took it out. the more I rode the eaiser it was to quit. It's ten years later now and I haven't smoked once. I have however upgraded to a trek 6000 and a road bike because now I have ride cravings all the time!
