Runner’s High

I ride because I can no longer run. Sure, I miss running, but biking is the next best thing to flying! I biked before I was a runner. After getting back into biking I realized I never knew biking was so social! Like running, I can get the "runner's high" from biking. Longevity is based on the three legged stool of social involvement, exercise, and nutrition. With biking I get two of the three with no effort! And since I focus on good nutrition, biking is really an ideal activity for me. Ask my daughters how old I will be when I die. "100," they say. With biking, 100 is more than certain!
