Riding is my medicine
Laurent Molteni - Tucson, AZ
After my last knee surgery I gave up skiing and was never able to run, so I took up weight lifting. As much as I enjoyed the transformation it was no real fun. Then I tried cycling! Not only did I discover an awesome friendly community, it also kept me fit, competitive, happy, and medication free! For me cycling is also a stress relief and an antidepressant!
My last El Tour de Tucson, I did it to raise money for the Twilight Wish Foundation under Lisa Mach's leadership. So I used something wonderful to participate and in effect create even more goodness out of bicycling. I love cycling so much that I just started something small and hope to make a difference.blog comments powered by Disqus
