Ride Yourself Younger

Riding gives me an enormous amount of energy and in addition to keeping me trim and fit on the outside, it helps me stay young on the inside.  My cholesterol is great, including a low LDL and high HDL. Resting HR and weight are lower than average.  I've seen a number of middle aged people get off their blood pressure and cholesterol medications after becoming committed cyclists.  After embarking on cycling for health and fitness, I now stay with it for the excitement, passion, and camaraderie.  It is hard to put the passionate feeling into words but is so rewarding that it keeps riders coming back for more.
