Mt. biking

Mt. biking

I've lived all over the country. I was born on the east coast and recently moved back east from living in LA for 8 years. I have always biked and taken public transportation. Favorite moments in LA were when I said I took the Gold line from Pasadena to downtown where I worked and people in LA would say "There's a metro in LA?" I got rid of my car and biked to Trader Joes to get groceries. Now I live in MA and at 50 I picked up mountain biking. It makes me feel like a 14 year old boy. I love it, I push hard, I don't take wimpy trails. Recently I've been doing NEMBA Vietnam Park in Milford, MA. I've also registered for the NEMBAfest in VT next month and am going to drive up, camp and bike for a weekend to have fun and meet like minded people. Just yesterday though, I was biking and got a phone call from my temp agency. I've been working for a company in Ashland, MA (KIdde Fenwal) for over a year, and they canned me, fired me, let me go ... So today I sit here wondering what to do with my life. As I said I'm 50. So what I'm planning is to travel across the country, visit friends and mt. bike. I would love to make a documentary. That's my story.
