It's in the blood

I have always loved riding a bike. I enjoy the wind in my hair and the freedom of flying on two wheels. I have always been a big fan of the old Schwinns and was estatic when I bought my first one in 1974.

I had been tinkering and customizing bikes for quite some time when I came across an old cruiser on a bike forum. I fell in love! It was an old tanker JC Higgins made in the 60s.
I knew I had to get one but when I saw what the going price was I put it on the back burner. One day as I was at my local Transfer Station there it was! I knew it was sent by the bicycle Gods themselves just for me. I paid the three bucks and took it home. I have since modified it and it is now my daily rider. It's heavy but it has it's own inertia. I added a five speed to help me get around easier than the stock two speed kickback. I turn heads everywhere I go.
