In Memory of My Father

For so many years my father was an avid bike rider, we even went on the 5 Boro Bike Tour a few times. My reason for riding my bike again is to train for the 5 Boro Bike Tour which is in May. Also, biking is an excellent source of exercise. My son commutes all over NYC on his bike.

Currently, I am looking for a bike club for beginners in the Nassau County area.

Bike riding is also an excellent way to help save the environment.  If more people would ride a bike, they would be in better shape and the environment would be much more livable.
