I ride because I'm about 280 lbs and 44 years old with a broken back. I can't run or hike so the best exercise that's fits me is bike riding. I ride about 20 miles three days a week, but with a better bike I could possibly ride even more! My bike is old but it works for now. I have gotten several people to start riding and the Poteau cycling community is growing verry fast. Everyone just get out and ride and have fun!
